Analyses of wheat and flour samples were carried out again this year in the laboratory PIP Food Group doo Novi Sad.
This year, we have collected a total of 31. wheat samples from the territory of Serbia and the region.

The collected wheat samples, by sales staff from different regions, were analyzed by a whole range of experts, graduate technologists and the head of the laboratory.

Analyses of wheat flour from the obtained samples are carried out in order to respond faster and more urgently to market demands concerning the quality of wheat flour in the genus 2021.

This year we decided to share our knowledge and results live with people from the milling industry, so we held the first Days of Milling 2021 in our premises in Chennai.

At this event, Technologist and Head of Technology and Development Saša Tanović spoke about:

– Quality of wheat flour of the genus 2021
– Advantages/disadvantages of wheat flour of the genus 2021
– Standardization of flour in mills
– Market analysis, solutions and impacts of dedicated improvers “Mlinar”

while Žarko Galetin, agroeconomic analyst spoke about:

– Analysis of wheat markets on domestic and global markets.

All present had the opportunity to visit the laboratory, see the whole process from grinding wheat to baked finished product where we used the improver POB Digo and dedicated improvers for flour of the genus 2021 – “Mlinar” , Atrump 2021 and POB 2021.
