Our company gathered people from the milling industry in our premises in Čenej, and we are slowly turning Miller’s Day into a tradition. On that occasion, we shared with them the analysis of wheat flour of the genus 2022. The year that our team has done this year.

Visitors attended presentations by technology managers and development b.sc. ing.technologies of Saša Tanović who spoke about the quality of wheat flour in the genus 2022. years and dipl. econ. Željko Galetin who brought us closer to the current state and oscillations in the wheat market.

PIP Food Group offers improvers whose function is to standardize flour in mills that correct the quality parameters of flour. Improvers are intended to standardize flour used in the bakery industry and flour used in confectionery industry.

Also, our team of technologists showed the attendees the application of Pizza Mix improver, which is used to treat flour for the production of Pizza.
