The belief that the strength of the team is based on connecting people not only on a professional but also on a personal level, inspired PIP Food Group to organize a Family Day on May 11 – an event designed to strengthen the bonds between employees and their families. For our colleagues and their families, we prepared a day filled with socializing and activities in Čenej, in a relaxed and positive environment. The children were especially happy with the opportunity to try their hand at baking skills. In our Demo Center, with the support of PIP Food Group technologists, the little ones made muffins, croissants and pizzas, showing creativity and enthusiasm. In addition to baking activities, the children enjoyed sports games and outdoor fun, while parents relaxed with their colleagues. The family day was also an opportunity to further strengthen the values of togetherness and support, on which our company is based. This event once again emphasized the importance of investing in people and creating a community that shares the same goals and values. We are already planning the next Family Day with great pleasure, convinced that it will become a tradition that will contribute to building an even stronger PIP Food Group team.
