This year, for the sixth time in a row, PIP Food Group opened its doors to third-year students of gastronomy from the Faculty of Science, enabling them to get to know the world of baking first-hand.

 

Through practical training, our technologists shared their knowledge of methods, techniques and devices for the preparation of top bakery and confectionery products. We would like to thank Professor Bojana Kalenjuk Pivarski for their trust and our guests for the great atmosphere – we are looking forward to the next generation of young gastronomic talents!
