The Academy “The Art of Bakery” successfully completed the year 2024, holding a course called “Errors in the production of bakery products 2”. This course, held on December 5, was dedicated to a deeper understanding of the challenges that bakers and technologists face in their practice on a daily basis.
By combining theoretical lectures and practical exercises, participants are enabled to identify and analyze potential errors in the production process. Through concrete examples, participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with methods of error prevention and to learn how to improve the quality of their products. The theoretical part of the course provided a solid foundation, while the practical work enabled the acquisition of specific skills needed to effectively solve problems in bakery production.
Our lecturer at this course was Saša Tanović, Head of Technology and Development, a top expert with extensive experience in the baking industry, who enabled participants to adopt techniques that help them recognize and eliminate errors in production in a practical way.
Thanks to the enthusiasm and dedication of all participants, the course was a true indicator of the importance of continuous learning and improvement in the industry.
