On 12.10.2023, the traditional Bakery Day was successfully held in the Demo Center of PIP Food Group.
On this occasion, our company hosted more than 20 renowned customers from the bakery industry, some of the largest retail chains as well as customers from Greece and Montenegro.

All the guests attended the practical and theoretical work. Our technologists, together with the guests, worked on the preparation of new products from the range.:
-Special flour from the Habeferllner mill, for making pizza dough and top quality burek and pies,
-Brioche Mix and Adriatic Delicacy

During the theoretical part, Saša Tanović, Head of Technology and Development, presented in detail the quality of wheat flour in the genus 2023, while Markus Haberfellner, CEO of Haberfellner Mill, emphasized the importance of strategic and business cooperation between PIP Food Group and their company. Simona Dulović, product development manager, brought closer the story of Brioche Mix and Adriatic Delikates, new mixtures from our range, which are characterized by specific aromas.

This event was not only an opportunity to present new products and education, but also to strengthen ties in the bakery community. This way of exchanging ideas and experiences can greatly contribute to the improvement of the bakery industry at the regional level.
