The laboratory of pip food group doo Novi Sad is a pharinological laboratory in which rheological tests and the quality of flour are performed. It is equipped with state-of-the-art devices: farinograph, extenzograf, amylograf, gluten rinsing device, drop-down device, mixolab.
In addition to the analysis of flour, which we do for the needs of our production, we also do flour analysis for our users. Based on the parameters and quality of flour, and at the request of the user, we make dedicated improvers. Also, we do regular quality control analysis of finished products, as well as analyses related to the development of new products.
